The monthly rate is $1,350 for a semi-private room. This includes the room, all utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, sewer), high-speed internet, laundry, and fully furnished common areas. There are no additional fees or deposits for utilities.

Rent includes a furnished semi-private room, all utilities (electricity, water, gas, trash, sewer), high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, full kitchen access with smart appliances, furnished living room with TV, gated parking, yard maintenance, and pest control. Personal toiletries, food, and phone service are not included.

Her Aria is a recovery residence — safe, structured housing for women in recovery. It is not a treatment program, so therapy, counselling and medical care stay with the licensed providers she chooses. Most residents attend outpatient treatment or meetings out in the community.

Semi-private rooms, two residents per room. The house is designed to feel like a home, not a facility, and everyone actually knows each other.

Residents must have at least 30 days of continuous sobriety or be completing a treatment program, be able to manage their own medication, and be willing to follow house rules including curfew, house meetings, random drug testing, and attending three recovery meetings per week.

Yes. Methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone, and other medication-assisted treatments are welcome. Banning MAT violates the ADA and the Fair Housing Act. If a licensed prescriber put her on it, it is part of her recovery and not a barrier to living here.

Each resident manages her own medication in her personal lockbox. Staff never handle, administer, or monitor resident medication. This protects both the resident and the house.

Curfew is 10pm Sunday through Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. If she needs to be out later for work or a legitimate reason, it should be arranged in advance, not explained afterward.

Family members and sober friends may visit during designated visiting hours after the first 30 days of residency. Visitors must be sober, stay in common areas, and be approved in advance. No overnight guests are permitted.

Her Aria has a no-pets policy. However, we process assistance animal accommodation requests individually as required by California law. We cannot charge pet fees or apply breed or weight restrictions for approved assistance animals.

A positive drug test results in immediate discharge to protect the house environment. We work with the resident and her support network to connect her with appropriate next-step care. We do not provide second chances on active use — the safety of the other residents comes first.

There is no fixed maximum stay. Research shows that stays of six months or longer produce better outcomes. Most residents stay between six months and a year. We want her to leave when she is ready, not when a clock runs out.

Her Aria is located in Montclair, California, in the Inland Empire. We share the city, not the street address, to protect the privacy of the women living here. The full address is provided once a placement is confirmed.
